Born in November 1987, in the heart of the South, from Calabrian mom and Sicilian Dad, a concentration of southern Italian culture.
I have always loved my native land, sea, sun and welcoming people … unfortunately, I have always felt inappropriate because it was a city without many job opportunities to offer to young people, especially for me an my desire in the fashion industry.
I remember that my love for fashion and design, started at 9 years old, in a boring afternoon, observing my cousin Nicoletta drawing comics about beautifull models, always well dressed and with very long legs …
I could spend hours looking her drawing, imagining, when I would have been able to invent and draw something so perfect too.
From that moment is passed long time, head out on long course of studies, from the “Mattia Preti” Art School, to the degree in Fashion and Costume Sciences at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, until the Tailoring course “Le Grand Chic” of Bologna, finally the desired Degree achieved at the renowned “Istituto Marangoni” of Milan.
I have had several working experiences among some of the most coveted companies, such us Valentino, Philipp Plein and Toyota.
All useful experiences, but still overly limited space to express my creativity. My free spirit was indomitable even from the gold cage of Fashion Business, that, at high levels, limit and enslave freedom and creativity.
